T1 Yew reduce side's by 1m to give clearance from the roof space and

reduce the height by 1.5-2m to give the tree a rounded appearance

leaving the tree at a height of 12m

T2 Hornbeam Fell to allow for new planting scheme along the drive. the

tree has historic root heave and is now heavily leaning over the

driveway it is a poor specimen with low amenity value.
